Multi-Guide chains have been designed for ‘Stackers’ and ‘Cross Conveyors’, although they are also found in other glass handling applications. Each side of the chain is built up of a large number of guide links, typically about 25mm (1 inch) on each side.

Multi-Guide chains are available in a variety of standard widths from 125mm (5 inch) up to 400mm (16 inch). Multi-Guide also has advantages when a greater surface area is required to be in contact with the support plates.
